Change

Change is good but labor intensive!!!  The Bug is undergoing some changes, while it will not affect you quite yet, it is affecting us at The Bug.  We are switching to a new register program and preparing our shop to go live on the internet!! YIKES!  The new register program requires us at The Bug to label each, yes I said EACH item with a tag…..just for a humorous thought…pearl cotton size 5 and 3, well there are over 10,000 skeins…over 10,000 tags and that is just PEARL.(are you laughing yet)  Well anyway change is good, not only will it make checking out faster, the program provides lots of perks for the customer like actual Bug gift/money cards that can be purchased and used like a credit card and the program also has a rewards system – meaning each time you purchase at The Bug you accumulate Bug Points that entitle you to a monetary discount!  There are other benefits* but I guess the true purpose of this post is to tell you  – It is customers like you that make doing business a real pleasure! – so thank you for all your patience during this transition!
