MARCH 27th – Special Effects Class – $45 9am until noon - Clouds, trees and much, much more! Each class will focus on one effect using lots of different stitches/threads – each class will be different! However, class is offered on two different days…one during the week and one on a Saturday. The Needle Bug is traveling this Saturday to Yarnhouse Studio in Opelika to set up a mini shop for the day! Please come by if you are in the area! Also if you need us to bring something in particular, please call us this week and we will make certain we bring it!! We will be available for helping anyone get started needlepointing, too!
Note: The Bug will close early Tuesday February 21st…closing at 4pm.

Julia Key Snyder has gone back to Texas but she is not forgotten!!!! Lots of canvases remain right here in Alabama with some kind of stitching!! Between Julia’s talent for selecting threads with stitches and some very talented stitchers – the result is phenomenal! Here are some photo to prove it!!!

Today The Needle Bug will be hosting a special event with our knitting friends from Opelika…YARNHOUSE STUDIO !!!! The Bug and Yarnhouse will be sharing facilities several days out of the year to bring knitting to Montgomery and needlepoint to Opelika! Check our calendar soon for future events!
