Students should be comfortable lacing their ornaments, making cording, and sewing cording on. These skills will NOT be taught in this intermediate level class.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs this is a more advanced class please complete the following prep work to ensure you can finish in the allotted amount of time.  It will be difficult to keep up with the pace of the class if you have not completed the prepwork. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrep and lace the front (only the front) of your ornament like you would for a normal needlepoint ornament. Please note, ornaments \u003cstrong\u003eMUST be smaller than 6x6 inches.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCut the back board for your ornament, but do not lace the fabric on.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMake you cording ahead of time. To ensure your cording is long enough, loosely lay your strand around your stitching 5 times. Unwind and measure all additional strands to the same length.
